www version or non-www version for pbn?

this domain's majority anchor link is its website link, and backlinks showed www version, for this instance www. ****.com
and ahrefs showed it 301ed to non www version, which means ****.com
when I setup pbn for this domain, should I use www version or non-www version? I get confused here.

just create the same setup and 301 the www subdomain to the domain.

By default, use the version of the domain that has more links pointing to it. Not a rocket science.

And if you decide to use https by any chance on previously non https domain, it doesn't matter which version you use whatsoever.
