[WTH] Windows Programmer (VB/C++/.NET/Doesn't Matter) for a Spam Bot / Proxy / Captcha

I'm sure you're all familiar with ChatRoulette.com . If not, it's a free online chatting website.

I need a Windows (64 bit) based program to do the following:

(MULTI THREADED, 500 THREAD MINIMUM)
1. Visit a website like chatroulette.com
2. Connect to a random person.
3. Send out spam message.
4. If Captcha shows up, send Captcha to DeathByCaptcha.com API
5. Repeat

Chatroulette uses Flash, so I think it will be hard to do that...

I'm not actually using Chat Roulette, but another chat room place similar to it.

To all those people that PM'd me : Are you serious? I literally say "Please do not PM me", and what do you do... you PM ME! Do you really think I'd want to work with someone on a couple hundred dollar project that can't follow even the MOST BASIC instruction?

Chatroulette uses RTMFP, if there is no RTMP fallback solution the only way to make such a bot is to reverse-engineer the chatroulette client and make this bot in flash, so how good are flash decompilers nowadays?
it's definitely a challenge to make it!
