I want him to create tinder accounts and swipe with each one of them until the swipe limit is full.

Because of my prior negative experiences (not even reading my thread, not really understanding after dozens times of explanations or simply just being lazy etc.), I prefer american, canadian, European etc. freelancers as they tend to understand my instructions and follow them more thoroughly.
