(WTH) Quick 5 page Wordpress Website, content and design

i am going to start an eCommerce store in a few months, but i want to start building links and rankings now so i need a quick site i can use to submit to directories etc and look like a legitimate finished site.

So here are the specs

• Theme (you provide) will need to be customized for the my niche with pictures etc. nothing fancy here, just needs to be tailored a bit
• Pages- about us, contact, privacy policy, home page, 4 pages on specified keywords
• Write all unique content for all pages so that's home page (500 words), 4 keyword pages (400 words each), and about us (200-300)(privacy policy, contact pages excluded)
• interlink the home page and 4 keyword pages through content links with the anchor text of linked page
• each page is to have an appropriate picture and alt text of keyword
• each url will be specific to keyword,
• install seo and wordpress plugins- you make your suggestions and i will approve and or provide you a list, count on 5-10 plugins
• no monetization so don't worry about that
• install on my host

Note- if you don't want to write the content i understand, but i don't want to manage it, so just outsource it to someone and tell me to pay them or include it in your price

Please ask questions if you aren't clear


itrader- i know i don't have any, but you can search greenlight on dp forum if that matters, other than that, if you have high itrader then i may be open to paying some upfront.

While i appreciate low ball bids, I rarely have success with them, so it would be better to sell me on how well you will do the job, and if it's cheap too, then great.
