If someone responded to a haf who was not a jr vip they were breaking the forum rules and so would you if you hired them!

Can you point to the rule I break please? I probably missed it.

Anyhow, by my understanding Jr. VIPs are there to put up a barrier for scammers to take advantage of this forum and obviously to pay the bill of the hosting and compensate mods time. In hiring process Im doing a deep due diligence myself so that's that about scammers and if the person does not have VIP profile, it will be upgraded because I respect the forums rules. You cant imagine how many talented and intelligent people are lurking in the shadows, lets get at least one out of there in the light. ;)

It's actually against the rule for them to respond to a HAF thread, and if you report the PM, they will be infracted. You will also get an infraction if you employs on..

Unfair? Yqes. But it's the rule.

Please, PM a MOD for clearification.

have you seen the rule that says that HAF opener gets infractions if hiring someone w/o Jr. VIP? Anyhow, this will not be the case here but now I'm generally interested - if such a rule exists.
