If someone responded to a haf who was not a jr vip they were breaking the forum rules and so would you if you hired them!

Can you point to the rule I break please? I probably missed it.

Anyhow, by my understanding Jr. VIPs are there to put up a barrier for scammers to take advantage of this forum and obviously to pay the bill of the hosting and compensate mods time. In hiring process Im doing a deep due diligence myself so that's that about scammers and if the person does not have VIP profile, it will be upgraded because I respect the forums rules. You cant imagine how many talented and intelligent people are lurking in the shadows, lets get at least one out of there in the light.

It's actually against the rule for them to respond to a HAF thread, and if you report the PM, they will be infracted. You will also get an infraction if you employs on..

have you seen the rule that says that HAF opener gets infractions if hiring someone w/o Jr. VIP? Anyhow, this will not be the case here but now I'm generally interested - if such a rule exists.
