WTH Facebook Mass Report Service.

Hi Guys. I don't actually know if this service exists or if it is allowed by the Formum but, I am looking for a way to Close at least temporally a Facebook account to someone else by Mass Reporting it or something like that. If they manage to shut down the account for good, even better. The person has the Profile Public, and it is easy to Follow, there must not be problems for finding it.

Does somebody know where I can find this? Where I can find this type of people?
