[WTH]Developer for Vid Streaming Site

We are looking for someone to code a video streaming website using javascript for back and front end. We are a development firm interested in possibly entering this space and are looking for new talent to join us on this venture.


To start off we would like a proposal on system design which our engineers will review before we do an official hire. This would need details on...


1. how you would architect the video streaming services database and backend

2. how you would optimize the backend to work with the front end/ what tools and packages you would recommend

3. how you could develop a site that could compete in quality and speed to the leaders in the space.

4. the total costs associated with both *your work to develop the site* + *estimate on the total costs of servers, infrastructure etc to keep the site running once launched*

We don't have an estimated budget but will pay for good quality work, tiered payments based on project goals.

Cmmon.....
1. The first thing in a big project you calculate your investment to can have some idea in which mode can be profitable.
2. You clearly ask for high-quality stuff, so there are hard work and brain involved, for that you need to know your budget.

But if you came to say "we don't have an estimated budget and is the same time will pay well" then yeah, for me is clear!

So there remain two options:

A. You have no clue about what involves, in reality, a big project.
B. You will be ending by scamming people.
