WTF should i do with this project ?

hello everyone , ive been here for a while now & ive been reeding alot till i reached the point of not knowing what im i gonna do to start my IM journey

a little background :
im from a 3erd world countrie where non of paypal/stripe/etc are allowed , we are not even allowed to send money outside this country which makes it even harder to start my journey BUT . Im not going to stop trying again & again .
after failing few times to sell things using fb ads locally

Then :
i tried to creat a blog almost 1 year ago
the blog is focused on sharing Long life stories some of them are real , some are not but the thing is visitors spend so much time on the blog reading them , as its almost small books , a little in page seo & it ranked first in the main keyword as its locally blog only ( using the local lng )
& ive forgeted about that blog along ago ,
today i remember it & i decided to take a look

but the problem is the ads acc :

Too low for that number of traffic right ?

so now ive found my main journey :
but im not sure if

• 1- i buy a cheap domain name + host + a script of sharing such things so everyone could share there own story + some contests for the best wirter = more trafic + more earnings from ads

OR

• 2- learn about In-Browser Miners & use it with these kind of trafic ( they arent good for aff marketing or anything & u already saw how much adsense pays..)

i would like to hear your ideas about this situation as it could help me alot ,
i don't consider my self a noob as i know a little about everything but i may use some suggestions
