Wtf is wrong with Google?! Inside job?

So a few days ago I uploaded an app. It started to rank in the PlayStore and also makes some money already.

Just now I received an email, saying my app is showing inappropriate ads (I use Google Admob lol!) and they directly removed the app. They say the ad could attract a younger audience. They were also showing me a screenshot of the "inappropriate ad" and its somehow a gambling application.

maybe as you can see: There is no age restriction for this app. LOL.

So basically Google Admob showing an ad for this app, which doesn't have any age restriction and removes my app, because this app (with no age restriction) could attract my audience. Wtf?!

Besides this: Why would they DIRECTLY remove the app? I could just press a few buttons on Adsense/Admob and solve the problem in TWO minutes.

Here is what I believe: In this niche are a few Indian guys. Since the guy who "suddenly" reviewed my app (why would he suddenly come to my app?!) is Indian, I strongly believe someone sent him the link and asked him to take it down.

This same thing is done by Chinese Amazon Sellers with Phone Farms and a full System to trick the Algorithm.
 
The approval team are a bunch of smooth brains.

I guess it's because it says Get free 310 which can sound like gambling or something like that.

I can't even tell you the number of times they've rejected my apps without a valid reason, and then they accept their mistake and continue to do it for the next 50 apps.

Do you use Gmail and has your Gmail ever been used for SEO and other relevant projects?

If they search your Gmail do they find your work with SEO?

Nope mate, all is safe. I don't trust Google at all and no one who does Apps, SEO, YouTube etc. should. Why? Because of fucking reasons like this.

I sent an appeal and described whats wrong. I told them their reaction is way too harsh...and yes..it is, because: I could have solved the problem just in ONE MINUTE by disabling such ads. I wouldn't even need to update the app. I could just log into admob and press a button.
 
I think I am going to sue them this time. In Germany, you can easily sue big companies for stuff like this. The longer I think about this situation the more absurd it is.

The guy who took down my app without warning and without giving me a chance to fix it could actually manipulate what ads were showing to him.

How? Everyone on here knows about big data. You are searching for something on YouTube or the Google search and the next thing happening is they "retargeting" you and showing you a shitload of ads just about the topic/niche you were searching about.

This guy was probably searching for this "Rummy Culture" before, watching videos of it or whatever, later on they were showing him ads about this on my application.

I just don't get how they could remove the whole fucking app over such a joke of an issue.

I already sent the appeal. Whoever is going to check the appeal should be really objective.

You are absolutely in the right and your move is justified, but do you really think that you have a chance against a big company with virtually unlimited resources? Nonetheless, viel Glück, mein Freund!
 
So google removed your app because an ad served by google ads system? This sounds like google alright......I would sue them... EU is not USA were companies are more important then people.
 
Insane though, i agree with OP that taking the app down ain't worth it.

i tried aplying for adsense with a gaming blog and got disaproved three times for gambling like wtf

Negative SEO works. This is kinda like negseo for apps.

Not to brag but I haven't used google's seach engine in over an year. Been using DuckDuckGo which is pretty shitty when compared to google, but hey, at least I'm doing my part!
