I have transaction of BTC before 4 days and on Bitrex is still on pending.
What the hell is going on and when my transaction will ne release and put in my wallet.
Any idea.

Find your tx id from either bittrex or where you sent it from
Search for it here
https://www.blockchain.com/
Find the "fee per byte" value
and compare it here to get estimated confirmation time
https://bitcoinfees.earn.com/

A at guess probably the fees are too low.
