Wanting to buy a white hat seo service. Budget is $100 per month. Yes I know there is the marketplace but I'd rather have a customized package or solution based on my website. Also asking this because I don't know exact what service I want or need so I'd prefer that an expert recommends them to me.

Very competitive real estate niche.

If interested please contact me and let me know generically what your strategy would be.

You'll have problems with that niche if you are only considering a C note for SEO.

It'll take 4 centuries to rank.

I agree, that budget is way too low for that competitive of a niche. Even churn & burn, you may find problems ranking the site with such a small investment.

If you're looking for a safe solution and can increase your budget, please do let me know. I'll provide you with a free consultation to get you started.

Best of luck to you, hope it works out!

Yes I'm open to potentially upping my budget. I'm not targeting generic real estate but rather localized by a few cities and specific investor type keyword phrases.

What at id really like is someone to manage guest blogging and get me some press on some high traffic sites.

I could see this down the road expanding to a $10,000 per month SEO budget but I'm still in the early stages and would like someone that is willing to grow with me.

This is my permanent site and for my primary business and only website. I was previously ranking ok but just got hit hard in the latest google update.

I don't offer any SEO services on the forum at the moment (I should really consider it one of these days), but $100 a month is way to low for me to even work. Even if I wanted to work on an hourly wage at $20 an hour, that would only cover 5 hours of work on your website. As you already shoudl know, 5 hours of SEO work is not enough to rank for your keywords, especially since SEO needs to be continuously done to maintain your rank, website freshness, and website quality.

If you want, you can contact me via PM and I can provide you with a free keyword research report containing data on your competitors and suggestions on how you can rank better. I offered similar keyword research reports in the freebies section not too long ago and many people appreciated the detail in it.

$100 a month wont do SEO for a non competitive niche. Best you can hope for is a press release a month or something.

You better learn how to do a lot of seo, and you need to learn Local, not standard.

up your budget to 100.00 a day if you want to give yourself a fighting chance otherwise go to the roulette wheel and place the money on number 25 and try to 35x your money because it's better spent on the wheel then spending 100.00 a month.

Now if you are actually going to work on it yourself because it's your real estate business and you care about it then the money does not matter. The only thing you may have to pay for is programming for proper feeds and api's that you can edit to make unique on your site.

If your passionaite then you will create the most relevant content known to man about your niche and local real estate, you will contact local news sites and television stations to get press and PR about your real estate company and you will become an expert on real estate in the area to get it to rank. Trulia, Zillow, (active rain recently acquired), and relevant real estate sites have blogs you can share your knowledge and expertise to get this off the ground.

Good luck mate.

A C-Note is not going to touch a competitive real estate niche my friend. If I was you I would reevaluate
the situation and see about investing a bit more. So called "Whitehat SEO" cost more because you focus
on select link building. If you are targeting a local area then that's a whole different SEO plan.

Good Luck!

sir i can give you good results with white hat seo and onpage optimization, smo include

I would suggest you to play around yourself, otherwise you can be fulled by all of the self declared professionals.

Buy citations- will cost you prolly 200-300 for full citations then acquire 1 or 2 expired domains on godaddy auctions per month to build up your PBN.

Based on the Moz study I tend to quote a lot for reference (based on 500+ SEO service providers) the normal market flat price for such services is $1000 ON UP, and $250 per month ON UP if set up on a referring fee basis. For highly competitive niches and customized packages the cost goes up. For $100, assuming you have low SEO comp keywords and okay onpage SEOed content already in place, your best option is to use a link service (smallest package) from the marketplace, and/or a provider who will do an SEO-analysis only of your site (itemizing the defects, listing in detail what you should do). Both should come in at under $100.

Some things are just way over the budget. I offer one special plan for all those who has started their online business. The special plan goes this way:- "I rank the keywords for you and you pay after they are ranked." A little condition here is that... you have to pay a minimum of $100 per month for the labour charges... but this $100 will be deducted from the invoice that will be created after ranking your desired keywords.
