Thanks for the heads up. According to paypal the account seems to be inactive so my communication with him was elevated to dispute from the get go. Streamify seems to be the best Spotify provider it seems. I've had them deliver 140,000 plays successfully and received about $500 from those plays

I just this place but I'm looking for some very specific things, not sure if you might be able to help:
Geo-targeted Spotify plays above 100k at prices that beat Streamify
Geo-targetted Bandcamp and CDBay purchases, we are talking about hundreds to thousands of purchases. I can provide a discounted rate temporarily
Geo-targetted Shazam, down to a specific country. I can do 11k per week now but I need someone who can do 25k in a day.
Spotify playlist plays. I'm trying to have about 1000 people listen to the tracks on the playlist in the hopes of elevating the playlist in the opinion of the artists I add to the playlist.
iTunes collaborators - creating accounts, purchases from specific countries, etc. I know the magic number as to how many are required to chart so I'd be very specific in what I'm buying and would need proof of purchase.
