[TLDR - Payment structure at the bottom]

Straight to the point, **must be able to do the following:**
- Create/ manage FB Accounts
- Mass Post to joined FB groups
- Convert replies/ comments/ DM's into leads (support will be provided to set this up)
- Must be able to Join FB groups (Support will be supplied/ preferred if you have proprietary software)
Things that we also need, are **Preferred but not Required:**
- Knowledge of Chatbots/ lead gen
- Knowledge of VA's and VA Management
- Familiar with CRM/ CRM Management
Compensation - Weekly payment negotiable + 3-5% commision on closed deals
Preferred strucure - JV - straight 8-10% commission of close value
Average close deal value- $8,000-$32,000.

Couple of things to note:
How do you intend to create the fb accounts, are you experienced with prewarming them/ managing them with proxies?
How do you intend to post to the different fb groups? What services are you using, if it’s proprietary that’s fine, I just need to make sure you are able to manage posting multiple posts, from multiple accounts, to multiple fb groups. (This can be a nightmare if you aren’t using the right tools.)
Are you US based, can you talk on the phone with leads? This will not be a primary roll but I will need VA’s to do this, which will likely involve you’re involvement.
If you aren’t US based this is not a deal killer, I just need transparency.
The MAIN challenge here is sending DM’s/ comments to ALL interactors, likes/ comments:
IE: 10 people like the post > You comment tagging them asking if they have a property to sell/ add/ DM them.
Lead management is going to PIVOTAL in this, being able to transfer the data from fb to a CRM/ correct team.
(ALSO PLEASE NO FB/GOOGLE/YOUTUBE ADS AGENCIES OR SUGGESTIONS - we are already utilizing these and happy with our CPL)
