[WTB] Indian Verified PayPal accounts

I would like to buy a verified Indian PayPal account.

I will be happy if its a business account.

Requirements:

1. It shouldn't have any disputes or chargebacks in the past.
2. Should be ready to use.
3. No 21 days hold or any forms of limitation.

Usage: I will be using this for freelance link building payments. [I'm not into Ebay or affiliate stuffs]

I need to check everything before paying. Only serious persons please.

I don't think you will get an Indian PayPal

Indian PayPal requires PAN( Permanent Account Number) card verification, which I don't think anyone would provide.

Maybe US account work for this.

Due to PAN requirement, its risky for anyone to sell his indian paypal a/c so u wont find anyone i think so.
