[WTB] a simple bot for an android app auto bot (its also a for the webiste)

I'm looking for an auto bot to be created for an android app or the website for the app.
Looks like if you skilled at creating auto bots this should take about 1 day. I need this done ASAP

Features:

1. Find active users
2. Create a list and unfollow those users
3. Unfollow the users who's not following back
