Hi, I just find out a blog, I would like try to create my link
however unsuccessful.
Can anyone teach me how to create?

after create became

Depends on the blog content quality,PR and most important the link is ******** or nofollow.if a high PR blog with good content provide you ******** link then it is best scenario for your website.

This one worked
1) Go to https://www.w3schools.com/html/tryit.asp?filename=tryhtml_links_w3schools
2) Type or paste your HTML link and click run
3) Copy the result from the RHS
4) That's it now paste that in the blog comment
btw the site CMS is Sitefinity
