WT*!! Hostgator 80% lasted just 5 minutes???

I had received hostgator black friday offer details as an affiliate. It says 80% off on everytime till supply lasts. AND IT LASTED JUST 5 MINUTES???

And during that 5 minutes, their server was overloaded. I had to refresh like 10 times to load that page. So obviously I couldn't place order.

Dirty promotion!!!

Fcking sucks ;( waited like 3days for the moment- once it started their site was lagging and now seems its over, didn't got the hosting. FCKING BULL$HIT!

We have no where, no man, no way to complain them about their Offer getting off in a few mins! :)

Yeah I can't believe this many people woke up, only to be let down. I went to Bluehost. Normal price of 6.95/m for only 3.95. Basically the same package as hostgator, and no problems with the server.
 
I don't even think it lasted 5 minutes and the site was broken as well.
 
That is sad as everybody was looking forward to that offer...may be they introduce it again...
 
Calm down people... Whats the problem when one of the biggest online hosting companies faces downtime issues :P
 
I think they overloaded the serves themselves so they could anal rape us all xd
 
Is the 50% off for the whole year or is it just the first invoice?

They told me it was sold out in few minutes and that they are currently having problem with their server. So I had no other choice but to get the 50% off instead.
 
I am now in chat and have told the operator that what they are doing is illegal and is called a bait and switch. Reporting them to the FCC and the FBI. Chat session is just hanging there with no reply. What can the guy say?
 
Fucking unbelievable! I was really looking forward to the 80%. Screw it, I'm having a cigarette.
