I have been looking for a good autoblogging software. There are many threads here on BHW that speak highly about WPRobot. But I have been looking at BlogSenseWP. Both have owners who are members here. Yes there is a difference in price, but I am more interested in functionality and usefullness. My question is, is there anyone who has used the two who would like to give there experience and recommendation? This would be of great help for many here on BHW. Thanks much, DW FYI: I noticed that BlogSense is not an available tag here.
I thought BlogSense you HAVE to use his hosting and you are also paying monthly for it. That's a lose/lose situation.
I did not notice anything like required hosting on their site or on the BHW thread. I posted a question in their thread about it. http://www.blackhatworld.com/blackh...nse-2-0-power-autoblogging-release-promo.html DW
I have & use blogsense and you do not have to use his hosting - I didn't even know he had a hosting service. Both programs are excellent, and you can't go really wrong with either. That said, wp-robot is easier to use (I haven't sunk my teeth into the newest version though, and there have been some changes). Blogsense is a little more powerful, but has a steeper learning curve. wp-robot is actually a plug-in and installs / configures like any other plug-in. Blogsense runs "next-to" wordpress and has it's own admin. There's nothing to "install" though - you just have to upload the files and enter your license. The reseller program for wp-robot is well done (your end-clients get legitimate limited licenses), although a tad expensive, it's def. worth it if you will be reselling your blogs. Blogsense does a better job of "mixing" content - making a unique mix of content by mixing content from different sources into the same post. Blogsense also allows you to automatically add custom fields to your posts (useful if you are using a theme that requires a custom field for an image to show properly, for example). As with most things - it kind of boils down to what you plan on doing with your autoblogs...
Hey guys, DW tipped me off about the have-to-be-hosted-by-me question and I just wanted to let you know that I do not offer any hosting and you can use BlogSense on any of your personal hosts.
Thanks given for your response. Question arises: So I see that an extra payment is required when selling blogs that are using WP-Robot. How are blogs handled when sold using BlogSense for autocontent? Perhaps Adbox can advise? Tnx mch. DW
From the purchase page I'm sure if you ask the creator who is a member here he will point you in the right direction. Just look a couple of posts above yours.
I'm working on a single-site license system for developers who want to sell. So develpers would go to a special sales gateway to get single-site-licenses to use BlogSense for about 25.00, --- a price I like but am not sure on how much it will cut into their profit. What do you say on 25.00 per 1 site license? @smartpoint I'm trying hard to get my sales thread here edited so you can buy right off it here at BHW, but until then the sales page is your best bet: http://www.blogsense-wp.com
Ummmm... none can beta WP Robot Still its great! i love their support and updates! Worth of money you pay for!
WP Robot is the best, IMO; however, My Blogging Blueprint has the same features with the small caveat of an ad at the bottom of each post. It's a text only ad and is barely noticeable. If you don't mind spending for WP Robot, it's the best. Also, be sure to find the discount code via search on here so you don't have to pay full price.
I am planning to start create various niche autoblogs, so need some suggestion either wprobot or blogsensewp and also which web hosting is good to host autoblogs? Thanks
WP3 is significantly better than the prior version. It allows you to mix and match content. I finally got around to upgrading it on some of my blogs but I have no idea yet if it has helped since I just started using it. I don't have the full version and can't get friggin ebay to accept me so I basically mix and match youtube, amazon, yahoo answers and articles. I like the new functionality to it but it could be better. Overall it's better than previous versions but I haven't used it long enough to tell if the content mashup works any better or not. If you're into autoblogs it's a nice plugin to have. I'm not familiar with blogsense so I can't give you a comparison.
