Wplocker theme update

Fist of all Hello
I am new to BlackHat so I do apologies if I chose the wrong section to add my first thread.
I have a theme from WPLOCKER, it's called 'Florence', I noticed that the theme available on that site (WPLOCKER) is 1.0, however on the Themeforest site I can see that the newest version is 1.2.1.
My questions is: Is there anyway I can update the theme ? Basically in Themeforest you have to login to your account and re-download the theme you purchased, but as I have not done so, is there any other way I can (force) update this theme?
Any help would be much appreciated.

You need to buy updated theme version or you have to wait for wplocker guys to update theme.

Hm okay, I thought that there is a way somehow

I will wait a bit to see if they update the theme if not I will just purchase it I guess.
