WP-Script player not working

Hello, I am making an adult tube website using the Retro Tube theme and WP Single Embedder from WP-Script. Yesterday I bought their WPS Player also called as clean tube player. I read many articles online saying that it removes the links and redirects from the videos. Due to this, I bought their plugin. On the WP-Script website, they say that PornHub videos are not converted in WPS Player so I was hoping that apart from PornHub rest of the videos from other websites will work fine.
When I installed the player on my website I found out that YouPorn, xHamster and Tube8 videos are also not transforming. So I mailed them about this issue and this is their answer.

pasteboard(dot)co/IOSkRDY.jpg ..... replace "(dot)" with "."

Are they right? I read many articles and they say that it removes all the links and branding.
What should I do?

Yes, they are right. There is only 4 sources you can import videos from that will work properly with the player plugin. I know XVideos works for sure but not sure what the other three are. They are listed in the plugin settings though.

So this player will only work on those four websites? Is there any other player which removes all the links and ads from imported videos? I have seen people use other players but I did not know their names

why not contact support them

4 only ? i heard can work on more than 4 if im not mistaking
