Bought WP-Script Theme + Mass embed

Twitted Wp-scrip twitter no answer

Sent support email no answer

I'll try to do PayPal dispute refund!

After Full Refund ill post My review on this script maybe this will be useful for someone!

Give it a few days. Judging by my experiences, it takes a few days but they always respond. their team is tiny so it's normal that it takes some time to get an answer.

They have no support at all imho, sent email weeks ago about my personal problem, no answer!
I still in 14 days "refound policy" so im good, but check their trust pilot review and twitter, a lot of ppl have problems
 
Don't worry, they take time but they always answer to refund. What is important is when you sent your message about refund, not when they answer you. They do not do the scam of answering after your refund period to avoid refunding no worry
 
Any alternatives to Wp-script? I saw Ken player but it seems dead LOL?
 
Just show paypal the proofs and they will refund you. For some reason there is always some people that u really can't do business with them the right way.

I'll try another ticket with a screen of payment, but what the hell, I cant just msg or get an email with somebody of their team just for generic info. After you purchase their products you are on your own!

Sorry mate maybe I get you wrong, but I know some adult websites that are basically using embed videos and have good traffic.
I don't wanna get thousands of ppl traffic but at last start with some visits a day.
 
I got my refund from wp-script without a problem within a few days. Anyway, you seems to have already opened a Paypal dispute, which should get your money back if you have enough proof easy

When I wanted to buy a product from them, support answered after 10 minutes. When I wanted to return it back, I wrote to them several times and more than a week has passed, there is still no answer.
