I'm after a generic template for my niche sites but I can't find anything that really fits the bill on WP, I've used XSitePro before but think it's a bit limited. I'm after something similar to this site:

kinda with the big green strip at the top so I can have my visitors focus on that area for the sale.
Does anyone know of any WP themes than can do this? Or shall I look elsewhere? If I'm wrong with this landing page and it probably won't convert (I'm still a newbie) can anyone steer me toward a good theme or page that works?
