Hey,

Do any of us have a suggestion for;
A website that shows the highest free pagerank sites?
Preferably without a mandatory back link

Is there also a good WP link exchange plug-in for this ;
- that checks if the other party has placed the link as well?
- after placing the link that WP also places the offered link itself
- this has a name, but completely escaped

What kind of Pagerank do you mean? The "toolbar PageRank" as we knew it 10 years ago, does not exist anymore.
