WOW! Is This Blackhat - Screenshot Included

This FB fanpage has 215K likes and they are all real I'm 100% sure. The engagement is great. How the hell do you get 93K shares on a post your promoting a product within 2 months. All their products cost 9.95 for some reason. I can't see them spending on FB ads that would cost a good amount per click to their mostly US audience. What do you guys think?

I checked to see if they have ads on some spy websites and they don't. I wouldn't think they would blow all there money on PPE ads but they're getting literally 10-20 shares a hour. Is this possible without blackhat? Thank you
