Would you use this tool?

My apologies if this is in the wrong section.
I'm just looking for a general BHW opinion on this, in case I should develop it or not .

Basically, it would allow you to choose any program on your computer (any .exe file) and allow you to pop up your website in a browser before, or after the program runs.
So the steps that you would take are -
1. Choose the program to "brand" with your website.
2. Enter your website URL.
3. Choose whether to launch your website before, or after the program.

Now, personally I think a program like this would work with torrents (upload your branded file to torrent websites) and getting traffic to parked pages and whatnot.
I was thinking of a few extra features to make the tool easier too - you could have a list of URLs to rotate through each time the program is ran, or you could choose a folder of programs to brand without having to do it one by one.

Anyway, let me know if a tool like this would be useful to have and possibly any extra features you guys might want.

It might be useful for several reasons. If it's not too much work, why not just make it and then push it to the market and see if it works? I'll bet there's some who would buy it if the price is correct...

I think this could definitely be an interesting app to have, I know I'd buy one.

Thanks for the responses guys, I've already got an interface ready and I'm about to start creating the bulk of the program. If anyone has any ideas they might like in the program, let me know .
