Hello everybody,

my question is if you would pay for a tool that generates informational newsletters from your blog posts.

And is this something that will probably be an improvement?

But whats new in that ? They are almost thousands of plugins which are for free and pro.

That will depend on the additional services offered. Does it also come with inbuilt email management? If yes, then I would pay. Plus, this now defaults in many themes and services like MailChimp; you will only pay for advanced features.
