Still not cool to out OPs service offering at Fiverr SherbertHoover. But, the answer to your question is no you should not report this OP for basically checking to make sure his clients followed his advice and changed the password. OP - obviously you know not to misuse the knowledge that some people didn't change their password. It would be a strong relationship building element with SOME of your customers to advise them they didn't change their password. Other clients might easily ask the question ... WHY did you go back and check the password after a long departure since service time. Since it's hard to know which clients will be happy, and which might think you're trying to extort or otherwise scam them, the best solution is simply to not do anything, and never bother to check this sort of thing again in the future.

Still, plenty of folks would do whatever the heck they wanted in a situation like this, so it's really up to you how to proceed. For my clients I definitely would not misuse this information.
