Why don't you make a website for said company in panama and have a Ferrari give away contest on the site . Give everyone in BHW a way to profit off of the site by driving traffic to it. Then in the end the WINNER of the Ferrari is OMG YOU.

I am not sure if the owner of the company can win contest that he has, it would be easier to just have it as a company car. Now you may ask yourself won't uncle sam say that is a little overboard, NO because if you have to wine and dine your clients then that is completely acceptable, it's the same way companies have corporate jets. they don't really use them much for work but more for fun and the Ferrari would be for corporate image.

or you can have it as a yearly bonus, you can even have your house paid for as a corporate loft. Many companies pay for the executives as they want them to live in a certain geographic area so,,,,the company pays.
