Would this work, or would I go to jail?

Maintenance for a Ferrari is not cheap...

A lot of people cant afford to buy a Ferrari, yet they cant afford to keep them...

My advice is don't do it, like said above the IRS will be all over you if your young and rolling in a Ferrari with a low income...

Ok. changing the topic. If I wanted to leave america. What would be the best country to go to?

India. Most of the Government employees doesn't even realize that one could earn from Internet.

I remember reading about several criminals being caught by police years after fleeing the area they committed their crimes and assuming new identities due to their flashy cars. Flashy cars attract envy, make the wrong cop jealous and he might take a personal interest in your livelihood.

I have an anonymous corporation in panama. It is totally anonymous. It has no link to my name.

I want to buy a ferrari, using the non-taxed income from my corporation.

I was planning on buying the car, and registering it to my corporation, then buying it from my corporation for 1$.

This way I got the car, but I still have a (low) income.

Would this work, or am I shooting myself in the foot?

Make sure your "anonymous" corporation is a financing corporation and have your corporation make a official loan to you with paperwork and everything but the thing is you never pay it back....thats how the pros do it(cartels and mafias)

Why would you need to take the registration out of the corporations name? Couldnt you set up some lease paperwork so it looks like the company leased you the car?

I dont know, just throwing out an idea.
that would work and also if you have enough money that you want to launder i'd recomend setting up another financial institution locally thats funded by your panama one.

Why don't you keep sending $9,000 payments ($10000 gets reported to the IRS )from you company to you until you can buy the ferari? Not a good idea but I'm sure they'll get more suspicious if you buy a ferari for $1 :P

Thats called smurfing. seriously.

I second that. This works almost all the time, but be sure to check with a lawyer first.
You can also create a new business, like rent a luxury car company and get any number of luxurious cars that you want. This last actually is advice which is very often suggest by financial advisors: incorporating business does business with stuff you want.

You want to buy a ferrari and youre asking your question on BHW??? Cant you pay a lawyer, accountant or whatever to give you better advice than anyone here???

Just saying since you could go in jail...

monetizaction is right on the money!! Wtf are you asking this here for?
Also, any good cpa or tax attorney would best advise you, and ask you which prison you prefer.

You better have a good lawyer if you decide to do it that way....

But WTF , you only live once.

Perhaps this would be a more encouraging piece of advice had you told the OP that "here life is good and girls easy". I'd probably be more enticed to move there in that case ;-).

as others have said it's a SUPER bad idea. plus when you go to register the car in your state/country you'd have to pay taxes on the car... a wholllllle lot of taxes
