I have an anonymous corporation in panama. It is totally anonymous. It has no link to my name.

I want to buy a ferrari, using the non-taxed income from my corporation.

I was planning on buying the car, and registering it to my corporation, then buying it from my corporation for 1$.

This way I got the car, but I still have a (low) income.

Would this work, or am I shooting myself in the foot?

Not sure how that would work, but one thing to keep in mind is that you will still have to pay taxes on the value of the car and not what you paid for it, if I'm not mistaken.

Why don't you just pay yourself from the corporation and then purchase the car? You might have to pay taxes on it, but it beats the hell out of getting harassed by the IRS.

Yes I think that 1 will raise some red flags. The Feds watch these types of things. Why not just leave it in your corps name and drive it. If your worried about liability if the heat is ever on they will see the sale and purchase of the car and it will be worse for you.

Why would you need to take the registration out of the corporations name? Couldnt you set up some lease paperwork so it looks like the company leased you the car?
