Just wanted to check are these post classed as spam?

not sure if facebook allows post like these anymore

As far as I know FB doesn't consider that spam. Nobody is forcing anyone to share it, and you're not spamming it everywhere are you?
From what I can tell from legit FB users this stuff is still everywhere, used most of all by legitimate business. "share to win", etc.

FB, at the moment, doesn't have issues with images like that being used in posts as they are not spam. The are not even click bait either. If you made 500 posts in a very short space of time using those images (or any other content) then FB may consider that spam but that would be due to the number of posts you were making.

If you post the same image too many times it will be autoflagged by FB and the admins of the group will get notified by FB to check to make sure it is OK. I get that almost every day in the groups I admin.

To do that you'll need to have a lot of different images if you are going to do it on any level.

I think is the smart way to get traffic. (Spam, yeah!)
Be creative to create viral stuff.

If you use it for FB Ads, it'll probably be rejected for containing too much text. However, if it's just for posting/sharing, you should be "fine", unless you post it too much of course. Best of luck!

Here's an example of what an admin of a group sees when FB autoreports.

This post is a legit post and she posts it every day using the exact same image:

My options are to delete it, delete it and ban the member or keep it alive. 2 out of the 3 are negative and it is easy to just hit delete.

Mix those images up.
