is it worth the 9 dollars to put this on Flippa.
and what would you guys guess the value at?
Domain: mywebpage.host

Personally I don't think it is worth much but if two or more people feel it is a brandable domain, then you might be in luck.

EDIT: Looks like OP put it up for sale.

Obviously it would be worth more if there was a ready made site set up on the domain because at the moment it's just a domain but, as @Asif WILSON Khan said, if two or more people feel it has a value to them then it's worth what they are willing to pay for it. Good luck and I hope the sale does well for you. You won't know until you try :)

frankly its not a great domain name and its really not interesting or brand able, looks like you have wasted your $9 :(

I wasted 58 dollars with flippa on my domain

No you didn't. You spent 58.00 to get educated on what works and doesn't on Flippa.

You now have more knowledge and it only cost you 58.00.

These 3 posts prove how important perspective is and how different perspectives can affect the way you move forward.

For Domain Investing, you'll have to read up and study the ropes of Domain investing. Understand more and buy later. Hopefully with $9 spent, you can learn a thing or two about which domain to put on Flippa.

Cheers

I personally would not buy it - it's not very brandable. But who knows, looks like there's already some interest in it :) Good luck OP

I would not put it on flippa. You would have a better chance of selling it in the domain section here or on WHT or some other web design site. Maybe a reseller would pick it up.

best of luck

Just accepted a bid of $205 I'm so happy! hopefully everything goes fine and I receive my money.

Be careful of Flippa scams. Any person trying to pay you with an "alternative method", report immediately.

He did waste 58$. Saying otherwise is the usual marketing bullshit to give when someone is deceived by false promises, false advertising and half truths.

I'll be gentle here.

In business you often spend money that gives zero return in your early venture into a particular aspect of business. That can be called testing, learning or just plain throwing it up against the wall to see what sticks.

In this case the OP spent 58.00 and learned what does not work.

Thinking that spending 58.00 to learn what does not work is far from waste. What would be waste is spending another 58.00 on the same to see if the results were different.

Nope, not a waste of money...
At least he is now a bit more expert than before.
And I am sure by learning from this mistake he will succeed in selling more domains and sites in future and he will be glad he lost $58 today. :)
At least its way better than buying a WSO and never implement in life.
