yeah i tried, not HR views and views dropped, they did refill but its horrible for ranking

Youtube is killing them. It's been going on for over a month now, views available on and off, prices up and down, drops. It's pretty bad.
I'm assuming that if any person can provide views right now, they'll keep that to themselves and bank, and bank, and bank. They won't sell at dirt prices/publicly.
