I wouldn't buy YouTube views from anywhere except deep web markets (only reasonably good service I've seen), but that comes at a risk too.

2 months ago I used High Retention USA views from one of the panels. I bought from 2000-5000 views on 2 videos. I left that account because I found other ways to make a living but checked recently and one video boomed to 50k views, the other one has like 15k views. The rest videos that I didn't buy anything for have ~1000 views. So I can say it worked wonders 2 months ago. Not sure how it looks now.
