Most IG like panels are very unstable right now.
They usually work briefly after an update, then get throttled or stopped again once Instagram adjusts detection.
That’s why you see the same cycle over and over — it’s not the panel, it’s the platform.
If something “works,” it’s usually short-lived.

To be honest, there are almost no stable Instagram like boosting services these days. I've seen most of them run for a few days and then drop. Instagram has strong fake like detection, so the panel works intermittently, especially services that boost quickly, which are even more prone to failure. If you do use one, only test it on a small scale, don't scale it up.
