I doubt you are going to find a fully working one, its best to use old school fetch method. It's still working, not as good as before though.

No. That's the nature of these services. Smallest engines update and everything breaks.
Try the video sitemap trick or good ol' ping or simply build links from pages often visited by bots.

Within 7-10 days. You need to resubmit the nonindexed links multiple times.

They temporary disabled their purchase links since from the indexing issue. Major indexers are not working or disable their purchase.

We need just wait, Google this year have a lot problems. Only at September problems with indexing reports, crawling, indexing TOP Stories and now they ask users to send them feedback about problems with site: command
It doesn't look good when they can't find them on theirs side. And all the time they saying everything is good.
