Working from home or office?

From home and remotely, depending on location.

Home, when I am at home, and from the campus, from I am at the college :)

i work from my office. we have around 4 employees paying 300-600$ salaries.
but my cabin have a recliner coz i like to get cozy while working. But i am more productive when i am in my bedroom lying on my belly :)

I work from a home office and try to use the office for work only which can be hard. I use the Pomodoro technique to ensure that when I am working, I am being as diligent as possible. It can be really hard to stay focused with distractions at home, but it does have its perks.

Im student, Im doing IM as my par time job in my living room with my desktop, LOL. Though i hv a team of worker they also work from home.

I started IM so that I could work from home, so that is where I am staying. If I rented an office, I probably would not bother going to it, as it is easier to just stay at home.

I work from home, love working outside on the roof terrace in the evening, day time to bloody hot as I moved to Thailand.

When I don't work from home I work from a hotel, I travel around a bit when I feel like it.

My staff exists of VA's, they are from India but lately recruiting more in the Phillipines, they just "get it" sooner is my short term experience with Fillipino's.

I pay per task, not per hour or month although I probably do myself short that way but at least I don't have to worry whether they work fast or not.

Would love to setup an office here in Thailand but the rules here are a bit odd, for instance you can only own 49% of the company as a foreigner, I've read that will change in 2017 if I remember correctly so then I'll look into that again.

At home... although I'm not at home much.

Office settings can be constraining.

Used to primarily work out of office in a bank building, but recently spend a lot of time at my home office + anywhere I happen to be traveling to. :)
I am just as productive no matter where I work (although it's nice to be able to socialize with others in a real office setting)

I think people who have hired employees will obviously work from office and those who outsource completely work from home.

both, got setup in an office about 3 months ago
