Hi,

I am calling all wordpress experts, superstars or amateur developers to help me. I have a wordpress site with Astra theme installed, elementor builder and Contact form 7 plugin to capture my visitors inquiries. Till now the entire process goes like this - 1.) I accepted inquiries, 2.) vetted them, 3.) rewrite them and 4.) send forward to another partner. Because I see increased traffic I would like to automate the process. Essentially, I want to capture my clients inquiries via contact form plugin (contact form 7 or any other plugin you recommend) and then send them automatically to more than one partner i.e. 10 partners - is there a plugin or a combination of plugins which will allow me to do this (zoho or other CRMs are not the option for me)? Any suggestions or hints on how to do this are highly appreciated. Thanks!

Contact form 7 is going to get you a lot of spam as many use that when searching to spam offers.

You could probably get something coded cheap to do what you want though.

okay, as an alternative I can maybe use gravity forms (I think this plugin includes some "anti spam protection options). RE: programming yes, it is possible to find a developer but I want to learn on my own...looking for kinda DIY solution (maybe just some guidance is appreciated) until I completely give up

You can set your contact form to send to more than one email at a time (so send to 10-11 emails at once in your case). This works for almost every contact form.

I didn't find this option yet but I am sure there must be an option. Have you personally used this option ? But is there a chance to check the request/inquiry before they are send out? In my hypothetical scenario the visitor send a request -> contact form record this -> I see a request in my wordpress dashboard -> I "green light" the message or delete it -> as soon as I confirm the request the plugin/system (magic) send it forward to multiple locations.

I haven't used Contact Form 7 in a while but there is definitely a way to send to multiple emails. As far as confirming first I don't think you can do that. There might be a plugin that can expand the functionality. Usually Contact Form 7 receives the form request and forwards instantly, not leaving anything in the backend.

A plugin that I do know that keeps form logs in the backend is Caldera Forms. I'm not sure if you can "green light" messages first, I haven't used it in a while also. You might want to look into this plugin also.
