Wordpress theme / script that imports data from some website

Hi! I know this question could be unusual, but I want to know if there are some wordpress themes (even if isn't a wordpress theme, just a script) that can import data from some website using an api.

For example, I have a theme that imports movies from imdb. I love it... but I don't know more themes like this, and I searched but I didn't find any simillar theme...

So my question is: do you know simillar themes?

Isn't wp web scrapper and wp robot banned by google? I searched in codecanyon but no one is good for me...

My idea is to import images and data (I will write short descriptions), and not matter if it's about cars, movies, etc etc...
