WordPress theme problem..!!

This my site "fun.farmvillelove" and this is site i searched on net. "funnypicturesplus". we both are using same theme.

There three things i want in my theme . which he has.

1. My site's header(which contains logo of my site ) scroll down when i scroll the page. but his doesn't .
2. In his site when i open some post (click on image). its shows arrows to see next and previous image. in my it don't .
3. In his sidebar its show next and previous image with thumbnail .
I want to fix these three things . HELP ME

You are going to have to explain a little better. A link to your website or theme would help. Your English is also really hard to understand. Not criticizing you but it is just really hard to make sense of it.
