wordpress theme not working adult website

hello

i just got the retrotube template

but after downloading i tried to upload it both manually and from the wordpress theme upload and in both ways it is showing " Theme is Missing the style.css stylesheet " i searched everywhere and it said that the zip should contain another zip file that I should upload. still not working. I tried to search if the style.css is misplaced but I couldnt find it in the zip file.

knowing that the wp-script have huge issues with the customer support i tried contacting them but for sure no answer.

please i would appreciate any help.

have you unzipped the package and tried copying all the files to wp-content/themes?

yes i just tried it and still i the error down saying :

Name Description
wp-script-core Stylesheet is missing.

Take a screenshot of the stuff you're trying to upload

well turns out my laptop is compressing everything even the zip that I downloaded tried uploading the theme using another pc and worked just fine !!
