I have a new blog And I need best wordpress theme (free-Coz I can't shell out money right now).The theme must be good looking and SEO friendly ( post link of a site which uses the theme-if possible please ). And please suggest plugins for SEO.

Check the members download section, there are many null premium themes you can use.

What are null premium themes.If you are refering to kraked(can't use c) themes then is it illegal to use them?

Best is subjective. A theme might be great for a particular type of site and not for another. Check the themes available in the download section and decide.

Be aware that some free themes can be used by hackers to get into your site. Unless you know what you are doing, stick to well known names.

There are plenty of good free themes out there as well. A single Google search will provide you plenty of links.

if you just search google for free wp themes will be load of them and verry nice themes, there are lots share here in download section, and about SEO for wordpress i would recommand YOAST SEO PLUGIN. it is the best as far as i know.
