Wordpress technical difficulties

I have been using a certain theme on my wordpress website.
I tried to Change it by installing a different theme. After installation, I get the "website is experiencing technical difficulties" error each time I load my site.

I tried to install other themes, but still same result.

My site only loads when I activate the first theme that I've been using.

What can I do to fix this? I want to change my theme.

Do you use code snippet or something like the plugin?
 
On the page « Wordpress is experiencing technical difficulties », you should get a code error display. If yes, can you share a screenshot ?
 
It sounds like you may have somehow modified the Wordpress core source code files either unknowingly or by mistake.

This may sound fairly complicated depending on your technical knowledge but your best option is probably to back up your database (so you keep your posts, users, comments, etc...) and then completely re-install a fresh version of Wordpress on your site with your desired theme.
