The Wordpress is easy to use anyone without having the programming knowledge. Also, it's time consuming compared to the other platform.

Don't see why you have to infect your personal opinions onto others.
WP is convenient for most of us, we don't have time to write up a script for 294810249154158 websites
and it's easy for us to manage.
With a responsive template its good.
But that's besides the point, if you don't like WP, stop whining over other's using WP and don't use it yourself.
Noone told you to use WP.

It's take a time to learn the language and writing the programmings but wordpress is easy to understand and no need much more time to learn and work
