So, i dont have money to buy a domain, i have 1.44 dollars into my paypal account.
My question is, can i make some cash with a WordPress streaming (tvshows and movies) site and some AdNetwork?

Has anyone done this?

Um how are you going to pay for a host with 1.44 what are you going to host your site on? Do you have any programming knowledge? Do you plan on updating it manually? Either way, 1.44 is going to get you nothing not even a domain

In theory, you can. There are some streaming websites running on WP. But is the hosting package you'll buy for 1.44 be suitable for video streaming? Or will your hosting provider allow such bandwidth?

You need to check these things first.

How old are you? Just @nahid133 said. Fine a job and then start invest when you have enough fund.
You still can start with your $1.44 but it need a lot work an effort.

For hosting right know i can't help - there is not good free hosting.
Every wordpress plugin you have to find "nulled - cracked" version. You can do it free, you only invest time for it. Free hosting going to by problem if you want it to by fast and stable.
