When we come down to recommendations, generally it's common that we opt for scalability and flexibility than for very specific features, that you could be reading if you issue a simple search
But you will be stucked with much functionality that if at some point you need to switch, you will be in a hassle needing for someone for some degree of expertise on theming to solve for you

Instead if you choose for something more flexible, for example, GeneratePress or Kadence with a default Kit + some GenerateBlocks, you could be editing it comfotably (maybe learning a little about such scalable themes) or ask for someone much cheaper to edit such designs (there are tons of people that can easily edit and adapt this kind of themes for your needs).

This is one of the few learnings about WordPress I've learnt the hard way over the last decade.
