Hi all! I am taking on a rather large client for SEO services. My background is in local SEO and marketing with a dash of design and development. The client has asked me 2 questions in which I need help answering. I would love to hear everyone's ideas and if you can direct me to a good blog post that explains please do.

#1 Is saving (an already published) WordPress page, ok?

For Example:

if you are editing a page and you save it and come back a few hours later and you do it multiple times. Almost like designing in photoshop so you do not lose your work. (I need a technical answer as the website has a high volume of people on each page. Would it hurt?)

#2 Should we use the entire space for the SEO title and Meta Description?

I question this because let's say you use 2 or 3 keywords, 1 main (low competition) and 2 supporting (various competition). Would you get more impressions because of the single keyword with low competition or more impressions because of 3 keywords?

For Example:

SEO Title

Original: Chicken Peanut Rice Skillet - Business name

Change To: Chicken Peanut Rice Skillet - Healthy Recipe - Business name

Snippet / Meta Discription

Original: Chicken Peanut Rice Skillet is an easy one pot meal made with vegetables and more in under 30 minutes!

Change: Chicken Peanut Rice Skillet recipe is an easy one pot meal made with red bell peppers, carrots, cabbage and more in under 30 minutes! Healthy dinner recipe.

-Its not a problem saving an article. you want to save the article if you edit right.
-write your meta descriptions to entice humans to click through. Its not always about keywords
