Navigate to settings -> Permalinks and select Custom Structure and enter the following in the text field.

Then all you need is just the /%category%/%postname%/ in the Custom Structure field and then navigate to Posts > Categories and organize your categories hierarchy there using the "Parent" option.
So the main category will be the parent of sub category which will then be the parent of inner category. On your post editing page, simply select the inner category and the permalink will automatically show it's parent categories in the url.

Hi i have checked this plugin where is showing single catgory and the post title only can you please help me with multiple catogry like this
