Wordpress plugin to choose a product from a survey

Hey fellas,

So the thing is. I'm making a website for a small company, it's wordpress based and they want a page where you can answer some questions and then get a recomended product at the end of the process.

Do you know any cool plug-in for this? It doesn't need to be free.

The design part is the most important factor. I want this to look as professional as it can be. So the plugin must be easily customizable and pretty good looking.
It will be a parallax scrolling website made with the SIMPLE theme.

Any suggestions welcomed. Thank you guys.

I think you might be able to do it with gravity forms, as suggested here wordpress.org/support/topic/self-evaluation-multi-answer-quiz.
Gravity forms combined with this plugin wordpress.org/plugins/gravity-forms-personality-quiz-add-on/ looks like it will do the trick, not sure on how customizeable it is. If you want help with customizing/styling shoot me a message

After all I used Opinion Stage for the matter, but you set me on the right track with the personality quizes. So much appreciated.
